1. Hoo Hing do not require your personal details in order to participate in this scheme. The only detail of membership required is your Dividend card.
2. Security of your Dividend Card is the your own responsibility. Points cannot be redeemed without presentation of the Dividend card on which the points have been earned.
3. The card can only be used to earn Dividend Points when you shop at any Hoo Hing cash and carrys.
4. One Dividend Point will be issued for every full twenty five pounds spent. For example, spend £49 you get 1 Dividend Point but if you spend £50 you get 2 Dividend points. A statement of your account will be issued with each transaction. For security purposes only the last three digits of your Dividend account will be shown on your statement.
5. To earn points, you must present your Dividend Card at the time of purchase. Only one card may be used for each transaction.
6. Dividend Points cannot be awarded where a credit card is used for either full or part payment of a transaction.
7. Dividend Points cannot be earned through Hoo Hing's delivery service or online store.
8. Dividend points may be redeemed at any Hoo Hing cash and carry for items included in the List of gifts displayed in all Hoo Hing cash and carry Stores. The number of points redeemed against each item will be deducted from your account and a new statement of account will be issued.
9. Members who have not used their Dividend Card for at least 6 months and whose points balance is less than 50 points, may be removed from the scheme and any points earned lost. Former members may reapply to the scheme at any time.
10. If your card is lost or stolen please notify us by ringing the helpline on 020 8548 3695. A new card will be issued on your next visit to one of our superstores. The points balance on your account will be lost with the card.
11. The Hoo Hing Dividend Card issued to you remains the property of Hoo Hing Limited and must be surrendered upon request. It is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
12. In accordance with the Trading Stamps Act 1964, the cash redemption value of a Reward Point is 0.001p.
13. Hoo Hing Ltd reserve the right to alter or terminate the Hoo Hing Dividend scheme at any time, without the need for prior notice, be it written or verbal and to decline issue of Dividend Points. On termination of this scheme, Hoo Hing  Ltd will undertake to provide a period of redemption for existing Dividend Points
14. Any printed statements made by Hoo Hing Ltd regarding this scheme form part of these terms and conditions.
15. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall affect your Statutory Rights.
