Joining our affiliate scheme

To join our scheme, you must submit a completed online application form via our website. We will then evaluate your application and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (at our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the scheme. If we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined (at our sole discretion) to be unsuitable for the scheme, we may remove you from this scheme without notice.

Linking your site to Hoo Hing

Hoo Hing will provide you with a link and a graphic (shown below) to our online store such that we can determine whether a purchaser was referred from your site. The placing and updating of the link and banner is your responsibility and we will not be liable for paying referral fees on purchases that are not properly tracked due to out of date links. Having permission to link to our site does not grant you any rights for any intellectual property, including artwork or any other material related to Hoo Hing Ltd.

With respect to the material on our website, you may only place on your website the graphics which we provide and you must not modify them in any way. You do not have any right to copy any material from our website including product pictures, descriptions and our company logos. Since product availability and pricing can vary from day to day, you must not include product prices on your website.

Fulfilling orders

Hoo Hing will be responsible for processing and fulfilling all orders placed on our shopping system irrespective of whether the orders are referred to us from your site or not. We may reject orders that do not comply with any requirements that we establish.

Referral fees

For a product sale to qualify as a referral fee, the customer must click on the specified link from your site to the Hoo Hing site; make a purchase on the Hoo Hing online shopping system (not by telephone, fax, post or in person); accept delivery of the goods and make full payment to Hoo Hing without returning the goods at a later date. This scheme is not for personal use and therefore we will not pay referral fees if you make a purchase through this scheme. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are abusing this scheme, you will be removed from this scheme and no referral fees will be paid.

You will earn the referral fee derived by us from our sales of goods, excluding costs for delivery, taxes (such as VAT), credit card processing fees and the cost of returned goods. The current referral fee is 5%.

We will pay you referral fees every quarter on completed orders. However, if the fees payable to you for any calendar quarter are less than £25.00, we will hold those fees until the next calendar quarter. If an order that generated a referral fee is returned by the customer, we will deduct the corresponding fee from your next quarterly payment. If there is no subsequent payment, we will send you an invoice for the fee.

The payment of referral fees is made to you as an independent contractor. You are not authorised to represent Hoo Hing or imply that there exist any partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between you and Hoo Hing.

Termination

You or Hoo Hing may terminate your inclusion to this scheme at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. You are only eligible to earn referral fees on completed orders up to the date of termination. Upon termination, you must promptly return to us, or at our request, destroy all of our intellectual property and information in your possession and remove all specified links to our site from your site.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify any of the terms and conditions and the updated terms and conditions will be posted on this website.
