Terms and Conditions
1. The
“Hoo
Hing Leyton Superstore £10,000 Lucky Draw” (The Lucky Draw) is organised and
promoted by Hoo Hing Limited
(the
Promoter).
2. The
Lucky Draw promotion period will begin on the 25th August 2007 and will close on the 7th
September 2007.
3. A
Lucky Draw Ticket (the Ticket) will be given to our customer for every £25 purchase at
our new Leyton Superstore at the above mentioned promotional period.
4. NO
PURCHASE NECESSARY, for the same chance of winning, applications should be made by
post, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope, to: “HOO
HING Leyton Superstore £10,000 Lucky Draw”, Hoo
Hing Commercial Centre, Freshwater Road, Romford, Essex, RM8 1RX. Only 1
entry per household accepted, please allow 10 days
for Ticket delivery. No responsibility will be accepted for entries/applications or
Tickets lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post.
5. To
enter the Lucky Draw, each Ticket must be completed in full with the full name of the
participant, business address (if applicable), address and telephone number. Tickets will
need to be returned
to Hoo Hing Leyton Superstore at Dorma Trading Park, Staffa Road, Leyton E10 7QX. All
Tickets must be received by 6pm. on the 7th September 2007
(the closing date).
No responsibility will be accepted for entries/applications or Tickets lost, delayed,
mislaid or damaged in the post.
6. The
Lucky Draw result will be announced on Spectrum Radio.
7. To
claim the prize, proof of identity including name and address is required.
8. The
Promoter reserves the
right to use the participant’s and Winner’s pictures, quotes, comments and/or
interviews of the participants (and friends and relatives if accompanied) for any future
publicity regarding this promotion.
9. The
Tickets shall at all times remain the property of Hoo Hing Limited and the entrants are
deemed to have accepted these rules.
10. This
competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees of the
Promoter, their families, agents or anyone associated with the administration of this
promotion.
11. If
the promoter is not able to contact the winner within 72 hours, the promoter reserves the
right to draw another winner for the £10,000 prize.
12. The decision of the
Promoter is final. No correspondence
will be entered into.These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the
exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court
