This year Hoo Hing and our friends at Lee Kum Kee and Tilda rice celebrated the Chinese new year with a bit of difference. We gave away £10,000 in our grab a fortune competition. That is the largest single cash prize to date in the Chinese sector. The lucky winners drawn were invited to our Chinese New year party and given a chance to enter the Grab a Fortune booth and grab as many vouchers as they could in 30 seconds. Not as easy as it sounds as high pressured air was constantly blowing into the booth making the vouchers fly everywhere. Near the end of the party, an independent accountant announced that Mrs Luc was the winner of the £10,000 having grabbed the most vouchers. The other contestants didn't walk away empty handed though, here is the full list of prizes.
During the day there was also lots of entertainment with DJs from Spectrum Radio, lots of food and drink, demonstrations, food tasting, games with great prizes, bouncy castles and lots more. We would like to thank Lee Kum Kee, Tilda rice and everyone who attended the party making the day such a success. We would also like to wish everyone a happy new year of the snake.
