An interesting article appeared in the Independent newspaper. The article
entitled "Yin, yang, yum" was the second part of Michael Bateman's series on
exotic ingredients. He takes a closer look at the foods that are integral to Chinese
cookery. On his journey he joins historian and food writer, Deh-Ta Hsiung, on a trip to
our Park Royal store.
